Lauren Turner

Partner

Lauren Turner is a General Counsel who works with companies and organizations building in the real world, where speed, constraints, and imperfect information all show up at once. Her background spans Big Tech, government, and global nonprofits, which mostly means she’s seen how things work in theory—and how they actually play out.

She advises technology-forward and mission-driven teams on product, regulatory, and commercial matters, including SaaS and data-driven products. Her focus is less on labeling the issue and more on getting to decisions that hold up in practice.

Lauren has led legal, HR, and governance functions, and partnered closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to move initiatives forward without unnecessary friction (or unnecessary meetings). Her approach is pragmatic and business-first: clear on risk, quick on execution, and focused on outcomes.

Elizabeth Ragavanis

Partner

Elizabeth Ragavanis is a technology and business attorney who helps startups move quickly while keeping legal risk visible, manageable, and tied to real business decisions. She works with founders and growing companies to structure deals, protect their IP, and navigate the increasingly complex world of data privacy and regulation. She’s known for cutting through legal noise and delivering clear, actionable guidance that keeps deals moving and teams building.

Elizabeth’s practice is rooted in the realities of startup life, helping entrepreneurs go from idea to execution—and beyond. She holds an LL.M. in Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from Cornell Law School and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.

Clients value Elizabeth for her direct style, strategic thinking, and ability to operate like an extension of their team—not just their lawyer. She doesn’t just flag issues; she helps solve them, so founders can stay focused on building what’s next.
