Her background spans Big Tech, technology and public-interest organizations, and global nonprofits, which mostly means she's spent a lot of time helping teams make decisions with incomplete information, competing priorities, and deadlines that were probably unrealistic to begin with.

Her work spans product, commercial, privacy, regulatory, employment, and governance matters, including SaaS platforms, AI and machine learning products, data-driven services, commercial contracting, and the day-to-day legal questions that arise as organizations grow and evolve. Having served as both product counsel and general counsel in environments ranging from AWS to global mission-driven organizations, she brings an operator's perspective to legal advice: clear on risk, practical in execution, and focused on outcomes.

Elizabeth's practice is rooted in the realities of startup life, helping entrepreneurs go from idea to execution-and beyond. She holds an LL.M. in Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from Cornell Law School and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law.
